BIO - When I was younger I suffered with severe headaches. For years this interfered with my participation in various activities. Chiropractic helped to resolve these symptoms which sparked a fascination for me in the functioning of the human body and how to restore its ability to heal naturally. I pursued my passion by earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University in 1991. Then continued on at Texas Chiropractic College receiving my Doctor of Chiropractic in 1995. I have had my own practice in Agassiz since 2005 and have also provided many locums throughout the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley which has exposed me to numerous practice methods. In my spare time I like hiking the local region, running (I have ran 3 marathons) and playing the guitar. My wife, Cara and I enjoy downhill skiing and taking dance classes. Over the years I have been trained in a variety of techniques. My goal is to work with the patient to deliver the most effective care possible. Whether you are interested in performing at your optimum potential or you have specific symptom(s) that needs addressing I will take the time to discuss your concerns.
Welcome to my practice. I have spent the last 30 years developing my chiropractic skills through continuing education, daily hands-on family practice as well as my past history with sports chiropractic and the Ballet BC Dance Company. Utilizing a variety of techniques within my practice has allowed me to give patients many options in their treatment plans. I may use very traditional hands-on chiropractic adjustments or computerized Impulse IQ chiropractic instrument adjustments, Active Release Technique and laser therapy. I look forward to helping you work through your current complaint in an effort to restore and optimize your health for the future. Dr. Meinzer is a member of the College of Chiropractors of BC.
Grace is a Registered Massage Therapist who is an active member of the College of Massage Therapist in BC.
She is proficient in deep tissue massage, trigger point release, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), joint mobilization, active release, passive release, performing special stretching including Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.
She focuses on treating the following musculoskeletal disorders.
Musculoskeletal injury (strain, sprain, whiplash, contracture)
Overuse injury (tendinitis, tenosynovitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder)
Joint Dysfunction (TMJ, degenerative disc disease)
Postural dysfunction.
She graduated from Vancouver Career College of Massage Therapy in 2022. During her schooling, she built up her massage skills with over 400 hrs of hands-on massage therapy from a student clinic and outreach which gives her confidence in starting her own practice.
She has been working with her husband Dr. Fred Meinzer at the Evolution Wellness Centre in Aldergrove. She enjoys working together with him to help patients to release pain and have a better quality of life.

She began her career with a Medical dermatologist at BC medical spa school in Coquitlam and finished her Medical Aesthetics School training in 2023.
She is a partner with HISTOLAB which is a well known and highly regarded South Korean cosmeceutical brand. Their machines and product lines are well respected worldwide.
She loves her job as an Medical Aesthetician and hopes to let her clients know more about Korean Beauty treatment since it is not well known in Aldergrove. She strives to be a local pioneer of modern Korean skin care throughout these services.
